These delicious vegan lettuce wraps are full of flavor and made with “Pork” BBQ Jackfruit. It has all of the flavor of traditional BBQ pulled pork, but are vegan friendly and plant based! Topped with sliced red radishes and watercress, these lettuce wraps are great for a quick & healthy dinner!
Upton Naturals and No Evil Foods make delicious plant-based BBQ “Pork” that work great in this recipe. If you are gluten sensitive, jackfruit is a great alternative!
For a little extra “kick”, I added some pickled jalapeños! If you haven’t “pickled” before, give it a try – it’s so easy to do and you only need a few simple ingredients. While you’re at it, I recommended making pickled red onions also. What a treat to have both in your refrigerator!!

Ingredients
1 package of plant-based BBQ “Pork”
pickled jalapenos
4 red radishes, sliced into thin strips
6 large cabbage leaves
2 green onions, diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients.
- Heat the “pork” in a small saucepan.
- Spoon the “pork” into each lettuce wrap and top with watercress, cilantro, radishes and jalapeño.
- It’s that easy – enjoy!!
Notes
There is so much flavor in this packaged “pork” so no need to spice it up further unless you want to!
