Description

Vegan lettuce wraps have all of the flavor of traditional BBQ pulled pork, but vegan friendly and plant based!

Ingredients

1 package of No Evil “Pork” BBQ Jackfruit

pickled jalapenos

4 red radishes, sliced into thin strips 

6 large cabbage leaves 

2 green onions, diced

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients.
  2. Heat the “pork” in a small saucepan.
  3. Spoon the “pork” into each lettuce wrap and top with watercress, cilantro, radishes and jalapeño.
  4. It’s that easy – enjoy!!

Notes

There is so much flavor in this packaged “pork” so no need to spice it up further unless you want to!
