Vegan lettuce wraps have all of the flavor of traditional BBQ pulled pork, but vegan friendly and plant based!
1 package of plant-based BBQ "Pork"
4 red radishes, sliced into thin strips
6 large cabbage leaves
2 green onions, diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Prep the ingredients.
- Heat the "pork" in a small saucepan.
- Spoon the "pork" into each lettuce wrap and top with watercress, cilantro, radishes and jalapeño.
- It's that easy - enjoy!!
There is so much flavor in this packaged "pork" so no need to spice it up further unless you want to!
